Gems, pearls, 3D sculpting and charms, where more really is more. Weight is the practical limit: anything raised needs to be set into a bead of builder gel while it is soft, then encapsulated at the edges, or it lifts off within a day. Cluster the heavy pieces near the base of the nail where the leverage is lowest, and leave at least one finger quiet so the hand still reads.
