Cool metal and blue nails

Cobalt, gunmetal, silver, iris and steel: the cold end of the catalogue, in chromes, crèmes and cat eyes. Blues and metals both show brush strokes more than any other family, so they want thin coats and a properly levelling top coat. A silver or gunmetal chrome over a black base gives a much harder mirror than the same powder over a nude.
